Appointment Terms and Conditions

If you have an appointment but you cannot come, please inform us as soon as possible and at the latest 48 hours in advance. In case of negligence, you run the risk of losing the paid advance.

Your appointment can be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times, after which your deposit will expire.

If you are unable to come to the appointment on time, please call us as soon as possible. If you show up for the appointment later than 15 minutes, the scheduled time may no longer be possible and the appointment will be rescheduled by us.

If you don't show up last minute, this may happen once or twice but after 3 times we will, politely, show you the door and you will be unable to book an appointment in the future.

If you want to have a design adapted, send us a message by email at least 2 days in advance, we will then assess whether it is still possible.
